This policy applies to Paradise Spa, Shop No. 01, DELTA WOODS, MIRA MIDC ROAD N.H. No. 8, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra 401107, and to the website paradisespamiraroad.in. It covers guests who book by phone or WhatsApp, guests who walk in, and anyone who simply browses this site.

2. What we collect

When you book or visit

• Your name and the phone or WhatsApp number you contact us on.
• Booking details — the therapy chosen, session length, date and time.
• Anything you tell us that affects your treatment, such as an allergy, an injury or a pressure preference.
• Payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

When you use this website

• Standard technical information your browser sends — approximate location, device type, browser and referring page.
• Which pages you viewed and whether you tapped a Call or WhatsApp button.

There is no contact form, login or account on this site. Nothing is submitted to us through the page itself — you reach us by phone or WhatsApp.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website may use cookies and similar technology supplied by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand how many people visit and how many go on to call or message us. That measurement is aggregated — it tells us that a Call button was tapped, not who tapped it.

If you would rather not be measured this way, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s own opt-out tools, or browse in a private window. Blocking them does not affect your ability to call or message us, or to book a session.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise commercially share your personal information. We do not add you to third-party marketing lists. If we ever want to send you an offer, we will ask you first and you can say no without it affecting your service.

6. When information may be shared

• Within our team — reception and your therapist see what they need to serve you well.
• Service providers — our website host, payment processor and analytics provider, each only for their specific role.
• Legal requirement — where a court, tax authority or law-enforcement agency lawfully requires it.
• Safety — where sharing is genuinely necessary to protect the safety of a guest or a member of our team.

7. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as they are useful for looking after returning guests and for meeting accounting or legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Casual WhatsApp enquiries that do not turn into bookings are cleared periodically.

8. How we protect it

Access to guest records is limited to the team members who need it. Devices used at reception are secured, this website is served over HTTPS, and health notes you share are treated as confidential. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these responsibilities seriously and act quickly if something looks wrong.

9. Your session stays private

What happens inside a therapy room stays there. Our therapists do not discuss guests, their bodies, their health or their visits with anyone outside the team. We do not photograph or record guests, and we do not use guest images in our advertising.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your details where we are not legally required to keep them. Call or message us on 093266 30619 and we will handle the request within a reasonable time. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you.

11. Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and above, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will remove it.

12. Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps and to WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link you are on their platform, governed by their privacy policies, not ours. We suggest reading them if you are concerned about how those services handle your data.

13. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.

14. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
