1. Who these terms are between

“Paradise Spa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paradise Spa at Shop No. 01, DELTA WOODS, MIRA MIDC ROAD N.H. No. 8, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra 401107. “You” and “guest” refer to anyone who books, attends or pays for a session with us, or who uses this website.

By calling us, messaging us on WhatsApp, walking in, or using paradisespamiraroad.in, you agree to what is written on this page. If any part of it does not work for you, please do not book a session.

2. What we do — and what we do not

We provide professional relaxation and wellness massage therapies, including aromatherapy, full body, deep tissue, four hand, Swedish, hot stone, head-and-shoulder and foot massage.

Paradise Spa does not offer, and will never offer, any service of a sexual nature. Our therapists are trained wellness professionals. Any suggestion, request, remark or behaviour of that kind will end the session immediately, the full amount will remain payable, and the guest will not be served again. Where appropriate we will involve the police.

3. You must be 18 or older

Services are available only to adults aged 18 and above. We may ask for a government-issued photo ID at reception and may decline service if it is not produced. Minors are not permitted in the therapy area under any circumstances.

4. Appointments, walk-ins and arrival

• Sessions can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on 093266 30619, or taken as a walk-in when a room is free.
• Please arrive five to ten minutes early so the session can start on time.
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. The full price still applies.
• A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it back to you. An unanswered message is not a confirmed slot.
• We may reschedule a booking if a therapist falls ill or an operational issue arises. We will tell you as early as we can.

5. Prices, the offer and payment

• Rates depend on the therapy selected and the duration of the session. Current rates are given at reception or when you call.
• Our Flat 20% OFF applies to the therapy amount. Please mention it at the time of booking so we can quote you the discounted figure in advance.
• The offer is promotional and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. It does not combine with other discounts, vouchers or packages unless we say so in writing.
• Payment is due at the end of the session unless agreed otherwise. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
• Tips are entirely voluntary and never expected.

6. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Plans change and we understand that. We simply ask that you call or message us as early as you reasonably can if you need to cancel or move a booking, so the slot can go to another guest.

Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for advance confirmation, or a deposit, before holding a slot for you in future.

7. Your health, and what you need to tell us

Massage is not suitable for every condition. Please tell us before your session begins if you have or have recently had any of the following:

• Heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or a blood clotting disorder
• Diabetes, epilepsy, or any neurological condition
• Fractures, sprains, recent surgery, or any injury still healing
• Skin infections, open wounds, rashes or contagious conditions
• Pregnancy, or a recent pregnancy
• Allergies to oils, creams or fragrances

We may decline a therapy, adapt it, or ask you to obtain medical clearance first. That decision rests with us and is made in your interest. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us.

8. Conduct inside the spa

• Please treat our therapists and reception team with courtesy at all times.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants will not be served.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
• Please keep phones on silent so other guests can rest.
• Photography or video recording inside the spa is not allowed without our written permission.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end service, without refund, where conduct is inappropriate, abusive or unsafe.

9. Your belongings

Please carry only what you need and keep valuables with you. Paradise Spa does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to money, jewellery, phones, vehicles or other personal items brought onto the premises. Any item left behind that we find will be kept for a reasonable period — do call us if you think you have left something.

10. Using this website

The text, layout, photographs and design on paradisespamiraroad.in belong to Paradise Spa or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but details such as timings, therapies and offers can change. Please confirm anything important by calling us on 093266 30619.

11. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Paradise Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or this website, or for any outcome resulting from information you did not disclose to us before your session.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Feedback and complaints

If something about your visit was not right, please tell us before you leave, or call us on 093266 30619 the same day. We would far rather fix it directly than read about it later. Genuine feedback is how our team improves.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version published here at the moment you book is the version that applies to your booking, so it is worth a quick look if it has been a while.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
